Mexico City, Mexico (1995)
This project is part of what was destined to be the last mega-project within the area of metropolitan Mexico City. Once the city landfill, this 800-acre site is the location of a new district known as Santa Fe. Following our work on the master plan for Santa Fe, YSA designed a master plan for a 2,200 unit community and 1,230,000 square foot office park and commercial center.
The housing was divided into four distinct types, apartment tower living, zero lot line four-story townhouses, five-story apartment flats, and conjunto neighborhoods as the core of the urbanization.
