Buena Vista offers all the benefits of being part of the great Palmas del Mar community with a unique location surrounded by golf courses and majestic ocean views that the developer plans  to take advantage of by creating a new luxurious and modern community that is distinct but undoubtedly, Palmas.

To achieve this, YSA has created conceptual design schemes based on the natural features of the site that maximize majestic views of the Caribbean Sea, links, and the existing  network of wetlands and lakes.

The residential development schemes presented on parcels I, II, and III pursue aggressive terracing of the lots towards the views employing a bay-site design strategy  to achieve the largest possible number of units with coveted ocean views that sell for premiums. Parcels IV, V, and VI are the beachfront properties that The developer will aim to maximize  value by assuring credibility through the outcome of its first subdivisions, a mix of mid-rise condos, beachfront custom home lots, and a hotel parcel are planned for these parcels.  The developer plans to brand several distinct parcels to the Hotel.

Parcel IV presents several challenges as a large portion of the area is determined to be in the floodway influenced by the Candelero River stream and its interaction with the  ocean’s tide and potential storm surges. However, with further hydrological studies, The developer believes that this property could accommodate at least a pair of mid-rise condominium  buildings.

On the beachfront site Parcels labeled V and VI, The developer has conceptualized two strategic concepts. A privileged beach front subdivision comprised of 25 single-family lots designed  to attract a select group of ultra-high net worth individuals interested in custom homes and a hotel site in about 10 acres of land, modeled on an Upscale Brand Resort & Residences type hotel that should  include a spa, pool and rooftop bar, as well as a new multi-purpose events center. The developer would pursue a strategic partnership with several known key players of the  hospitality industry to assure the success of a high-end hotel development that adds to the overall community and value of the residential developments.

As in any master-planned community, amenities are important to attract buyers and create value. The developer has identified a three-acre parcel just below subdivisions I and II that through  which Country Club Drive would cross; by slightly adjusting the route, approximately 2.5 acres would be available as a perfect ocean view amenity site for all residential parcels. On this site, labeled as Parcel B, The developer would build an “amenity island” for all Buena Vista residents with a large community clubhouse, an oversized infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean sea, a fully equipped gym, and several racket sport courts.

To add to the amenities, in pursuit of higher values, The developer plans to develop the Buena Vista Beach Club to serve as an amenity for the Buena Vista residents, hotel tourists, and the  entire Palmas community.
