San Francisco. California (1998)
As the first phase of rehabilitation of the Laguna Honda Hospital, YSA led the theme development and design of 15 wards of the largest Skilled Nursing Facility in the United States, including work in the cutting edge LHH Hospice.
This healthcare campus includes 150,000 sq ft of historic renovations and 700,000 sq ft of new construction to provide a complete continuum of long-term health services, including acute general medical facilities, acute general rehabilitation, and 1,170 beds of skilled nursing facilities.
The project defines new standards of sustainable built environments in San Francisco.
