Estancias is one of a long list of projects with this particular Client. These affordable single-family homes are designed with today’s Puertorrican lifestyle in mind. The designs were targeted towards a low and mid $100,000 selling price, with a layout that provides large common living spaces that could later be extended into the rear patio. Natural light floods all the interiors of the simply formed models, and the material selection is contemporary.
