AON Risk Services asked YSA to design its new offices at company’s relocation to a cutting-edge facility in the bustling San Juan financial district of Hato Rey. As the first tenant in this sought-after address, AON Risk Services took on the responsibility of pioneering a design ethos that would serve as a template for subsequent occupants, meticulously curating a 28,000-square-foot space.

The concept of this project lay in a strategic design philosophy that combined the principles of functionality with the well-being of its workforce. Central to this approach was the consolidation of conference rooms and communal spaces at the building’s core—a decision that was as much about spatial efficiency as it was about cultivating a vibrant, collaborative environment. This core-centric configuration allowed for the perimeter of the space to be dedicated to workstations, each positioned to maximize exposure to natural light and unobstructed views of the cityscape beyond.
