The Villa Victoria Senior Housing is a rehabilitation ten-story luxury housing development for seniors consisting of 207 independent living units and twenty personal care suites. Situated in San Francisco, this adaptive reuse project incorporates a full range of hotel services for the occupants, including a two hundred seat club/dining restaurant, public rooms, exercise rooms, and a covered pool.
Four surrounding gardens offer a park-like atmosphere that is visible from most interior spaces. At least one YSA principal participated as design architect, supervising architect and/or senior designer while associated with the architect-of-record for this project.
