This Master Plan for 1,400 units will provide housing for the economic center of Puerto Rico’s light industrial centers.


Designed to provide small neighborhoods within each phase. Residential neighborhoods are pedestrian friendly many ending in a tree-lined cul-de-sac. Ten percent of the residential area targets active adults. With three types of project clusters. Other residential units include townhomes at seven to nine units per acres, stacked flats over parking at 12 units per acres, and other condominiums at 12 units per acre.
